Quick Apply Part-time 8 hours ago Full Job Description Haven Harbour Marina Resorts, award-winning Chesapeake Bay destinations for boaters and tourists, is accepting applications for a part-time Customer Service Associate to be rotated between two Rock Hall, Maryland locations.
Position responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, performing point of sale transactions, merchandising stock, light cleaning of retail spaces, answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate staff, data entry, scanning and filing paperwork, documenting inn and transient boat reservations, conducting guest check-ins/outs, as well as communicating any special requests and/or concerns of customers and guests to appropriate staff.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a willingness to learn; Able to multitask while keeping a high standard of customer satisfaction; Computer-literate in POS systems, Excel, Word, SharePoint; Able to lift 50 lbs.
; Possesses time management skills; Works well on a team.
Experience with DockMaster Marine Software and a familiarity with boats and boat parts a plus.
Flexible work schedule of 24-30 hours per week includes weekends and holidays, now through October.
Position is hourly.
Driver's license required.
